Shipping Information:
We ship with USPS First Class service. Shipping rates will calculate with your order processing before sales tax is calculated.
Orders will be shipped on product availability and it is understood by the customer their order is a PRE-ORDER and could take up to or longer than 3 months to supply your order. We will keep in contact with customers as to the progress of their order as best possible. Once the order has shipped, it can take between two and ten business days to receive your shipment. We ship to all fifty states. We do not currently ship internationally.
NOTE: Business hours are Monday thru Friday from 9am to 4pm EST. Please leave a message if a recorder answers.
Returns/Refund Policy:
Returns are accepted and a refund is issued, providing the customer pays for return shipping, contacts us within 10 days of receipt of the item, and returns the product unused, in the original condition. If a customer wants to return a portion of unused packages, we can refund a portion of the product cost. Please contact us if this is your situation.
Returns would be sent to: HutchinSolutions LLC, 545 Selfridge Road, Gansevoort, NY 12831. If returning items, be sure to include your name, date of order, billing address and phone number inside package.

Transactions are processed securely using Web Payment Software. All personal information, including credit card numbers, name and address are encrypted and cannot be read over the internet.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
